Shipping

We currently offer free standard shipping within the United Kingdom.

Orders are typically handled within 3–5 business days, Monday through Friday. After processing, transit generally takes 2–3 business days, giving an estimated delivery timeframe of 5–8 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return period for eligible products, including both defective and non-defective items.

Eligible customers can also request an exchange. Returns can be made by mail or through an applicable drop-off location, and a return label is included in the package where applicable.

We do not charge a restocking fee. Approved refunds are generally processed within 14 days after the returned item has been received and reviewed.
